How the Promise Works
We are confident that Airlines-Deal offers competitive prices on flight bookings, and our Price Match Promise puts that confidence into practice. Find an identical itinerary for less on a qualifying competitor's website, and we will match the lower price. That way you can book knowing you have a great fare, together with our personal customer service and round-the-clock support.
Which Competitors Qualify
The Price Match Promise covers published fares on these major online travel agencies:
- Expedia (expedia.com)
- Orbitz (orbitz.com)
- Priceline (priceline.com)
- Travelocity (travelocity.com)
When you make your price match claim, the competing fare has to be publicly available on the competitor's website. Anyone must be able to book it, with no membership, login or special access required.
What a Valid Claim Needs
Every one of the conditions below must be satisfied for a claim to qualify:
- Identical Itinerary: The competing fare covers precisely the same itinerary -- the same airline(s), flight number(s), departure and arrival airports, travel dates and times
- Same Cabin Class: The competing fare is in the same cabin (Economy, Premium Economy, Business or First Class)
- Same Number of Passengers: The comparison uses the same number of travelers as your Airlines-Deal booking
- Currently Available: The competing fare is live and bookable when you make the claim. Cached, expired or sold-out fares are not eligible
- Same Fare Type: The competing fare is of the same type (refundable or non-refundable, basic economy or standard economy)
- Total Price Comparison: Prices are compared on the total, with all taxes and fees included. Our service fee counts as part of the total being compared
What Is Not Covered
These kinds of fares and offers fall outside the Price Match Promise:
- Membership or Loyalty Fares: Fares reserved for members of a particular loyalty program, subscription service or membership club
- Corporate and Negotiated Fares: Discounted fares offered through corporate travel programs, negotiated contracts or booking tools provided by an employer
- Special or Promotional Fares: Flash sales, limited-time promotions or fares that require a special coupon code or promotional link
- Error Fares: Fares published by mistake that sit well below market value and that the airline is likely to correct or cancel
- Opaque or Bundled Fares: Fares that hide the airline or exact flight details until after you buy (for example Priceline's "Express Deals" or Hotwire's "Hot Rate" fares)
- Student, Military, or Senior Discounts: Fares discounted by age, occupation or status that must be verified
- Airline Direct Offers: Fares sold only on an airline's own website or app and not published through third-party channels
- Currency Discrepancies: Price gaps caused by currency conversion or changing exchange rates
Making a Claim, Step by Step
- Call Us: Phone our support team at (800) 287-0781 no later than 24 hours after booking with Airlines-Deal
- Provide Documentation: Have ready the URL of the competitor page showing the lower fare, plus the competing itinerary's details (airline, flight numbers, dates, times, cabin class and total price)
- Verification: We check the competing fare live to make sure it meets every eligibility condition
- Price Adjustment: If we approve your claim, we adjust your booking to the lower total price, and the difference is applied to your original payment method
How Long It Takes
Most price match claims are checked and settled on the same call, because our agents can verify competing fares live and adjust your booking straight away. If more verification is required, we will resolve the claim within 24 to 48 hours and let you know the result by phone or email.
Further Conditions
- You must submit a price match claim within 24 hours of your original Airlines-Deal booking
- Each booking is limited to one price match claim
- The match covers the total fare, taxes and fees included, not only the base fare
- Airlines-Deal may verify every claim and may reject any claim that does not meet the requirements above
- Evolve FZCO may change or end this Price Match Promise at any time at its discretion
