Our service fees pay for the professional booking help and customer support Airlines-Deal provides. They cover the work of searching, comparing and booking travel for you, plus the support we give you throughout your trip. Every service fee is shown to you before your booking is complete, so there is full transparency.
These fees are added on top of the base fare, government taxes and carrier surcharges that airlines and other travel suppliers set. They are charged per passenger and can differ according to the kind of booking, how complex the itinerary is and whether you book online or another way.

Standard domestic and international flights booked on our website carry a service fee of up to $50.00 per passenger. It pays for our fare search and comparison tools, secure processing of your booking, issuing your e-ticket and sending your confirmation. The precise amount can depend on the fare class, how complex the route is and when you book.
Booking by Phone
Booking with one of our travel specialists on (800) 287-0781 involves a service fee for the one-on-one help our agents give you. A phone booking includes a live fare search, expert advice on routings and cabin choices, and help choosing seats in real time. Our agents can frequently spot savings and alternatives that an online search alone might not reveal.
Complex Itineraries
Multi-city trips, open-jaw routings, itineraries using more than one airline and other non-standard arrangements may carry a higher service fee, because they call for extra research, coordination and booking work. This fee reflects the additional time and know-how needed to build and check such bookings.
Group Travel
Service fees for groups of 10 or more passengers are set individually for each booking. Group travel needs special handling, such as working with airlines on group fare availability, seating and special requests. Contact our group booking department to receive a tailored quote.
Changes After Ticketing
Changing a booking once your ticket has been issued triggers a post-ticketing service fee. It pays for updating your reservation, liaising with the airline and reissuing your ticket. Cancellations
Cancelling your booking may involve a cancellation processing fee. It covers the administrative work of handling your cancellation, working with the airline on any refund you are entitled to and returning that refund to your payment method. This fee is separate from any cancellation penalty the airline charges.
